Sentence Help Please
Hey guys,
I have been struggling with the sentence below for last 2 hours.
Although I can understand the meaning 100 percent, I am not sure when I can get rid of (which is V3 form)
"Uterqüe is a company owned by the Spanish Inditex group dedicated to manufacturing fashion accessories and garments such as scarves and sunglasses."
The points I have understood are ;
1) In this sentence, Uterque is a subject and is a company which is owned by Spanish Inditex
2) Uterque is dedicated to manufacturing fashion accessories and garments such as scarves and sunglasses.
That is fine by me. However, the problem here makes me confuse is that Uterque can be subject only once and then Inditex is the second subject and which is dedicated to manufacturing fashion accessories and garments such as scarves and sunglasses.
How can I distinguish that dilemma and please give me a hand.

The problem is which one is correct.
I mean this is the original sentence.

Refer to my post above. With the comma, "dedicated" would refer to "Uterqüe"; otherwise, it would refer to "Inditex."
