Are both these sentences correct?

It gives me pleasure to see you at work.
It gives me pleasure when I see you at work.

Anonymous 'it gives me pleasure' can be followed by 'to do something' or 'to observe/see' as in our example. Am I right regarding that?
Yes. But it is not common ordinary conversation.
