If I see a picture of good teeth fillings by a dentist and want to comment and want to comment on the 'fillings' in the single picture, which of the following is correct?

Now this is what I call fillings.
Now these are what I call fillings.

Thanks, teacher. That's what I thought. I thought that the other one might be possible because the 3 teeth shown are in one picture, and the dentist used it, but not a native speaker though. I just doubt myself when I see others write stuff that are wrong!

Teacher, I have another question. Why did you change 'these' to 'those'? Is 'these' wrong or is 'those' just better, because the picture is infront of me?
