Sentence help

Hi Sir,

I have another problem building this sentence. I am not sure it is correct or not, if you could help me, it is great: " When my two children graduated and they found a job, my living standard will be improved one more level up"

Something seems wrong with the combination of present perfect and future perfect, perhaps the aspect of duration.I'll have to think about it.
