Is it correct to say:
He is in or on a press conference. For example, he is David beckam's picture in or on a press conference

I am just wondering is it possible to use both 'a' and 'the' in this sentence:

Becham is in the press conference.
Beckam is in a press conference.

He is in a press conference.
He is in the press conference.

With a, the indefinite article, it would be any unspecified conference. With the, the definite article, it would be a conference that had already been mentioned or known of.
