(iv) The 2004 Tsunami killing more than 200,000 people in Indonesia.

In English Grammar a fragment, also known as a sentence fragment is an incomplete sentence. This means that the fragment cannot stand on its own as a sentence.

So for this question, is A the correct answer? i think (iv) is a full sentence...

killing more than 200,000 people in Indonesia. This is just an adjectival phrase which describes the tsunami.

The sentence needs a main / finite verb.
