Sentence Fragment/Complete Sentence

Hi I am new to this board and have a question. I am homeschooling my fourth grader and she is having trouble understanding sentence fragment and complete sentences. Any ideas as to how to help her understand would be appreciated. Any ideas as to how to teach this, activities, anything would be helpful.
