Sentence form help urgently needed! ee!

Hi, i am really stlrugling with exercise givwn and can't seem to get any of it right. please can someone, english teacher, help me? I have to find significant part of sentence and analyse it.

1) he's used to walking long distances
my answer: subject+am/is/are+used to+ ???

2) She has her bike fixed (by her friend)
my answer: subject+have+i have no idea?

3) She shouldn't have run (away)
my aswer: Subject + ...???

4) The hedges need to be cut
my answer: Subject + need + ..???+ past participle

please help. I don't want to fail!
