#2 The clock on the wall is 7a.m. 'Is' is not a correct choice of verb. You could say 'says' or 'shows' or 'reads'.

#3 Gambling is againt the club policy. OK, although you could omit 'the'.

I'd prefer:

#1 He thought he was worth more than the team offered.
OK, but if you want to be strict, and neglect tense simplification in the subordinate:
#1 He thought he was worth more than the team had offered.

#2 The clock on the wall shows 7a.m.

#3 Gambling is
