Sentence Doubt

Hi teachers,

I have these two sentences, and I want to know if according to sentence "A", sentence"B" makes sense.

A: Please, give me the other book from that box.

B: Sorry, but there’s nothing else in that box.

Thanks in advance

Both sentences make sense.

A does not automatically mean that B is correct. B is correct if all items in the box have been removed.
