Sentence difference

What is the difference between these, specifically the location of 'all'?

Thanks all for your hard work.

The first of them, which is not very natural, is thanking everybody for their hard work. 'All' modifies an implied 'you' The second and third are thanking the people for all (of) their hard work. 'All' modifies 'your hard work'.

I said that it was not very natural. That does not mean the same as 'not natural'. In my dialect of English, we tend to say 'Thank you all'.

The 'of' is optional after 'all' in this case.
