Sentence creating

1. Tsunamis are huge sea waves which are 15 metres tall.
2. Tsunamis are huge sea waves which are as tall as 15 metres by epicentres at the bottom of the ocean.
3. Tsunamis are huge sea waves which are as tall as 15 metres from the epicentres at the bottom of the ocean.
Please correct my sentences if necessary.
