Sentence correctness

Can somebody please check whether the following sentences are correct:

1. Which word shares the meaning of "poisonous"?

2. Which word shares the same meaning as "poisonous"?

i think 2 is correct but i aint very sure.

Well, "ain't" is not appropriate, I can tell you that immediately. Both of your sentences (#1 and #2) are OK, but I myself would use simply " Which word means 'poisonous'? "
