Did you intend to write, "Please clarify whether we have to reassign the position or not."?

I was having that construct in my mind. But I would like to use “any how” to indicate “whatever may be the reason”. Could you tell me how to use “any how” in my example?

I cannot think of any correct sentence using the phrase "any how".
Occasionally people use the word "anyhow," but it's not generally accepted that way, either.

Sorry, but there's no "any how" or "anyhow" in English with that meaning, although there is "anyhow" with a different meaning.

"Please clarify if, for any reason, we have to reassign the position." is probably the closest to what you want. Adding "or not" is not as good in this version.
