Sentence corrections

Just that I slept late last night, I am appearing sleepy - is it right?

''we are supposed to have meeting today, but the officials did not come(or attend), so there is no meeting(or meeting did not happen)'' - correct it.

I asked him to stay outside(the door), so that he can hear if i call him - right or wrong
