Sentence Correction - Using "who", "whose", "which" or "that"

Hi there

I am confused when to use "which" or "that". I am also confused by "restrictive clauses" and "non restrictive clauses".

Can someone please check my answers to the following questions:

Combine each of the following pairs of sentences into one sentence using "who", "whose", "which" or "that":
