Sentence Correction - Using "who", "whose", "which" or "that"

I am confused when to use "which" or "that". I am also confused by "restrictive clauses" and "non restrictive clauses".

Can someone please check my answers to the following questions:

5. Dick who is a good driver drove the car to town.
6. I saw the jet fighter that flew over our village.
7. Bill who was the captain of the school team was the tallest boy. Or. Bill who was the tallest boy was the captain of the school team.
8. I caught the ball that was driven towards me.
