{Sentence correction} New IT Backup

Dear All

As you all know that Mr David has moved to programme and procurement team. As result of this, he is unable to continue the role of IT backup due to his new responsibilities within the team.

We have explored that Mr Michael is so keen to take the opportunity of the IT backup. And we have picked up his name for the next IT backup. He is receiving necessary IT training from me and will get further IT knowledge from ISD Helpdesk in future. At the moment he is on learning stage, so I will be 1st point of contact all IT queries and he would cover IT only in absence.

Thanks so much Mr David for supporting me during your IT backup role. You did impressive work in IT section. It is highly appreciated. Welcome to Mr Michael in IT section.We wish both of you all the best for your new role.
