Sentence correction Aug 5

Hi teachers,

1. I'm glad your exam is over, would you like to celebrate with / over a movie.

2. I'm glad your exam is over, would you like to celebrate it with / over a movie.

Is there other words to replace "celebrate"?

Thanks

Hi,

1. Does that mean I can substitue "relax / unwind with a movie" Yes

or "celebrate with a dinner? Yes, but it's not very natural to say. Better is eg celebrate by going out to dinner.

2. Would you show me how to use "..over a dinner / movi

Hi Clive,

I'm sorry I just thought of one. I read this from a teacher: I got promoted. Let's go out and celebrate. Italian, maybe?

"I'm glad your exam is over. we should go to see a movie and celebrate." In this sentence does this become two seperate events? which is different from "celebrate with a movie"

Thank you.
