Sentence correction

" I have taken out printouts and have it put on your desk"

Is this correct way of telling someone that i have taken out printouts and through someone put it on his/her desk?

This means that you arranged for someone else to put the printouts on that person's desk.

I'm not certain what you mean by "taken out". Do you mean removed from the printer?
