Sentence Correction

Hi, Could you please see sentences below and advise how native people frame these sentences?

I knew most of them are wrong and I want to speak it correctly. Please help me to learn this language.

1.How are we going to finance our children for education?
2.Why electricity is frequently down now?
3.You just completed this activity so far? (Someone gave so many activities and he just completed few)
4.Sorry, I filled the water full not leaving space to close the bottle lid.
5.I asked "A" to drop "B". Now I am asking "C". Would they have reached safely?
6.What are the expenses going to come next year I don’t know.
7.Just tell me, Who help you win this game?
8.Are we taking this bag also, to our trip?
9.I want to take you out, for this reason itself
10.You will sit in a session fearing, are they going to ask question to you.
