Sentence correction

This course has been put on hold and/or delayed by COMPANY NAME on more than one occasion and as a result, learners lost interested.


We eventually started day 1 training in March with a few learners, however, over the past few months, we have noticed more students losing interest and dropping out. We have entail incurred some training costs.


Please advise whether we are able to relook at how we can postpone or cancel the training. As a business, we pride ourselves as the ultimate expert in Customer Service. We have a multicultural, multilingual team that provides customer service excellence for all our customers.
