As per our conversation earlier today, you mentioned whether we were able to go ahead with the audit next week DATE and DATE without the heads of department.

Further, you advised the heads will not be required to be present, as this audit will be a general where Mike and I will suffice.

Kindly note, these heads are accountable for their own process and procedures, and should you require further detail that we unable to answer, these heads will not be available, however, in LONDON.
