Any person supplies necessary of life to another person incapable of contracting, or his(incapable one) wife or childrens to whom he is liable to protect, is entitled to claim the price from the other person.

We do not use "price" that way. A price is not money. It is what something costs. An iPhone has a price, an egg has a price, a chopstick has a price, and a condominium has a price. Anything you can buy will have a price. It is what you have to pay the owner to get it for yourself.
