Is it correct to say to my teacher that I want to say to another teacher:I want to request for a meeting to discus my classes. Is the use of for correct? Or should I exclude it?

'I want' is rather forceful. More polite is
eg I would like to request . . . '

send her a request for a meeting. Fine, Note that 'request' here is a noun, not a verb.
