Sentence correction

Is my sentence correct: I have allergy from dusts or pollens.

Or

I get allergies from dust and pollens.

Or

I am allergic to dust and pollens.

Which are correct and not correct?

Thank you. Just to double check, so it is wrong (both grammatically and does not sound natural) to say I have/get allergies from dust?

It is not natural and 'get' is just plain wrong.
