Are these sentences correct:

The production date for your car has been assigned on/as July 28.

The production date for your car is on July 28.

The production date for your car is July 28.

Without further context, they sounded like you have ordered a car from the manufacturer and they gave you an assigned date on which your car will be assembled. That is the best I could stretch my imagination.
