sentence correction

Hello!

Could you please help me rewrite the following sentence in correct English?

'' It's 6 p.m. and I have been, or rather because of being indirectly / or should I use implicitly instead?) forced to, cleaning out the house, like, for four or five hours now. ''

In the sentence above, I didn't know which adverb ( indirectly, or implicitly) I should use.

Also, I wrote ''... being indirectly forced to,'' because I wanted to mean that I was not willing to do the cleaning at first but when all of my family members started to clean the house, I felt I had to as well.

Thank you in advance dor all your help.
