Would you please check my paragraph below?

You're coming to the Lorde's concert on the first of March, innit?

It's gonna take place (or should I say just be instead of take place ) in The Fillmore Detroit, 2115 Woodward Ave.

Anyway, is it far for you to get to the The Filmore (or should I say ''is that place far to where you're living'') ?

Is 'the Fillmore Detroit" a hotel or concert venue of some kind? If so 'the' is correct, but it sounded odd to me at first. At the end..."is the Fillmore too far for you to get to?"
