Sentence Correction.

Dear Sirs,

Please help me to correct the following sentence (from a Purchase Order)
" All material acceptability are subjected to approval from our inspection department"

I want to know whether my correction (given below)is right or wrong.

"Acceptability of all materials is subject to the approval from our inspection department."

(material or materials?)
