Could you please take a look at the following sentences and tell me if they are correct?
Situation (1): If someone asks me about my level of English, how can I reply to them?
For example, If I know the basics of English grammar, could I say that I'm an intermediate or would saying 'I know the basics of English grammar, but I want to go for advanced level of English grammar' be better?
Here's another sentence:I know the basics of English grammar, but I want to speak like natives do. (Teacher, which one of these sentences do you think I should speak?) Situation (2): X:(a). Are you working somewhere? (b). Do you work somewhere? (c). Do you have a job? (Teachers, are these sentences all natural to you? How would you ask that question if you were 'X'? ) Y:(a). No, I'm not working anywhere at the moment/currently. Or (b).I don't have a job at the moment/currently, but I wish to have one. Or (c). I don't have a job at the moment/currently, but I wish I could have one. Or (d). I don't have a job at the moment/currently, but I wish I had one. (Teachers, Here, how should I reply to 'X'? Could I say any of the above sentences in response to 'X's' question?) Thank you all.
