Sentence correction?

Hi! everyone.Could you tell me whether this sentence is right?
Scenario-;A junior employ(who has just joined the office) in the office(may be an intelligence agency) asks about some information from a senior officer. Officer says"You are not a senior employ to be told such secrets.
I know I can use"You are not senior enough to be told such secrets"
But I was curious,If we could say this sentence without "enough"?
Thanks!
