Sentence correction?

Hi! everyone.Could you tell me the correct use of these words.
Persuasion and temptation
Three foremost aids to persuasion which occur to me are humility, concentration, and gusto. (What do this sentence and the word in it mean mean?)
Can I use "temptation" in the above sentence by substituting it for "persuasion"?
