"The trend is fast gaining popularity among prospective home buyers as well as those wanting changes in their existing set up" .
What is the mistake in the above sentence ??? Please give me the reason .

the answer says those wanting is wrong and should be replaced by those who want.not able to get the drift of it......can you please take a look and come back.....

those wanting = those who want
Both are correct. Omitting the who requires you to change want into wanting.
