The other day I was on a train in the subway, and I was holding a post for support. Later, a man was standing near the post, he laid his back on the post and caught my hand. I said to the man, "Excuse me, you get my hand". The man turned and apologized to me.
Would you say "someone is sitting on your skirt" on a train?
