could anybody correct this sentence for me?

I will study extremely hard from now on, as I am going to stun my classmate with my great improve, especially those who despise me.

You could omit the "who" in this case if it were not the subject of a clause.

"Who despise me" is a relative clause, referring back to "those." We need the "who."

"Those despising me can go to the devil!"

By changing the finite verb to a present participle, we lose the "who."
