Sentence correction

Hi,

Is the following sentence correct and clear?

Banks may need to increase their capital ratios either due to the need to conform to regulatory changes or due to increased risk levels of their assets that drive the ratio down.

Thanks,

MG.

Congratulations! You have used either/or in proper parallel constructions. The sentence is correct (although not very clear to me because I just don't understand money ).
