sentence correct or not?

Hello,

I am wondering if the following sentence is correct or not:

Best sunglasses for driving with clear vision.

I am not a native english speaker and i wonder if the for and with in that sentence are "normal"

Might seem like a dumb question but the more i try to figure it out the weirder it starts to sound to me...

any help would be appreciated,

Thanks

It's not a sentence, but it's OK as some kind of slogan.

When referring to yourself, always write a capital letter I. English, should always be written with a capital letter E.
