Sentence Construction - HELP

"Title: Users requesting for a credit due to download issues."
"Title: Users requesting for credits due to download issues."
etc (whatever possible cobinations of with S or without S) ...

* Users (Not as one; seperate individuals)
* Credit (For the users respective accounts)
* Download issues (Many types but only 1 possible issue per user)
Question:
How to properly constuct the above sentence?
* confused on what rule I should be looking at. Any tip would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks a bunch Emotion: smile
