Sentence Construction

I'd like to know whether the order of adjectives is correct in the following sentence. Thanks a lot.
Slight little girls have become well-developed tall young women when changes take place.

It seems correct to me. You'd better use "have grown into" instead of "have become".

It isn't wrong, but my personal preference is for this:

Slight little girls have become tall, well-developed young women.

"when changes take place" looks a little odd to me at the end, but possibly it would be OK in the full context.

"well-developed" is more descriptive than opinion.
