I am now coming 14, I turned 13 last Wednesday, 2 September.

No, it's not. It also doesn't make sense in English.
When you turn a certain age, you are that age.
turn = become (a certain age)
Ye Thu I am now coming 13 (years old). I turned 13 last Wednesday, 2 September.
