Sentence confusion

"All the detainees who testified reported grave negative consequences of being held incommunicado, emphasising the feelings of fear, helplessness, confusion and despair," says the 67-page report.i am confused about whether 'TESTIFIED" have been used as adjective or verb,or whether 'reported' have been used as a verb or adjective????????i want to know which one is adjective and verb????
