would u please explain grammatical aspect how gerund or somewhat other construction is used ???because it seems to be lacking connection with rest of the sentence
Well it is quite a large topic to cover. In your sentence "moving" is a present participle. A participial form of verbs used adjectivally when the action it describes is contemporaneous with that of the main verb of a sentence and also used in the formation of certain compound tenses.
