1)Boxer always followed his two maxims, which were that I would work harder and that the leader was always right.

2) Boxer woke up every morning to bring stones from quarry although his friends advised him that he should take some rest.

3)The biggest dam in the world,which will be finished by 2012,is in Yantze river to stop flooding.

Are they correct?

If not, why?

Hi, 1)Boxer always followed his two maxims, which were that he (or the general 'you' or the formal and impersonal 'one') would work harder and that the leader was always right. 'Harder' is a little odd, because we are not told 'harder than what'. I'd say 'hard' insted of 'harder'.
