Sentence completion
Hi all
This is my writing task. Which one complete the sentence best?
Sentence: It is thanks to the invention of Braille, an aplhabet allowing the blind to read, ...........
option 1: which enabled the visually impaired to gain access to the written culture.
option 2: so that blind people can easily identify the letters and numbers.
option 3: that literacy rates among the blind are now remarkably higher.
None of these make sense to me. I would choose option 3 but I'm not so sure. What do you think? I need an explanation here.
