Sentence check

Hi,

Please check if the following sentence is correct, which I'm sending to a supplier.

"Considering your good service, we would like to continue business with you. Hope you will continue the good service. However, I have one concern of late shipment which are these days more than 5 or 7 days. The other supplier promised us on the same day and even you were supplying at least in 2 or 3 days. Recently the delay has increased. Please address this issue".

We would like to continue business with you because of your excellent service, which we trust will continue. However, I have a major concern -- your recent shipments have been 5 to 7 days late. Your competitor has promised us same-day deliveries whereas your delivery time has been 2 to 3 days at best, and lately, much longer.

  • However, I have a major concern -- your recent shipments have been 5 to 7 days late.
  • Your competitor has promised us same-day deliveries whereas your delivery time has been 2 to 3 days at best, and lately, much longer.
  • Please address this issue.
