I want to mean like, English has a way to learn easily just like any other language. It could be difficult to learn any language if we don't know key techniques. I saw some books about 'learning English' by CUP or OUP, Those books' teaching strategy is really effective. I'm talking about the teaching system indeed. And I think those books have an standard actually. That is why I used the statement above 'We are learning English to a global standard.

Now, My question is that, is it right to use the statement written in blue in this case?

You need to make your meaning more clear.
Pehaps eg We are learning English using OUP's Global Standard method.
