Is this sentence grammatical?
He was a leader with a nature of not following any one.

Actually I need to have a simple sentence which contains all the three ideas. And that is I framed a sentence like that.

Well, the sentence I gave you is a natural one that contains all those 'ideas' nicely. However, it does not contain all those words. Such a sentence (like the one you composed) is not very stylistically good.
