Sentence check

Hi

Which is correct?

She was boastful of/about her work.

His last speech is/was a memorable one.

Please tell me which sounds natural.

He refers to /calls himself (as) the King of Kings.

(I think refer can be apt if it is any one other than the speaker.) Since I am not a native speaker, I base this proposition just on the basis of hearing something unusual and hence what I think can be completely wrong.
