Hi,
are the following sentences correct?
1) The amount of money they have spent in the last year cannot be compared to that spent in 2009.
2) I am sorry for coming late. I couldn't sleep at night because the baby cried a lot and it was hard to get off to sleep.
3) The way she behaved at the party was absolutely inappropriate,and even the fact that she was drunk doesn't give her the right to apologize for herself because we know what she's really made of.
4) They found the bomb planted under the car. They could't believe that somebody was really capable of doing such a terrible thing.
5) This test will show you how good a student you are.
6) We have been given a new teacher of English. According to the plan,she will be teaching/is going to/will teach us for the next 6 months. I hope he is better than the previous one.
7) I've made a delicious dinner for you,so stop chatting and dig in!
