the following sentence might be better than the one u have mentioned:

"All are requested to make themselves available in the office at the above mentioned date."

though i don't find anything wrong in your sentence.

"At" is prefered for time and expressions like "end of the week". "On" is better in his example.

sentence 1 is correct-if you exclude the numbers and read it as -figures show graphs.....that sounds correct
